*On-site registration and event check-in will begin at 9:00 a.m.; the program will run from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Module 3: Integrated Facilities Planning: Maximizing Opportunities for Success Attend this session to learn about integrated facilities planning: linking multiple planning efforts across a college campus or district to develop a shared long-range vision. This session will focus on facilities and sustainability planning, capital outlay planning, FUSION tools, and funding strategies. Expand your knowledge and learn how to develop a robust plan that reflects the values, priorities, and educational needs of the college and district – ultimately driving student success.
In this session, attendees will learn about:
- Integrated facilities and sustainability planning – what it is and why it matters
- Approaches and models for facilities planning, including considerations for both single- and multi-college districts
- The role of FUSION, space inventory, and space utilization in successful planning
- Capital outlay planning strategies to maximize state and local funding
For those who may have missed a module in the 2023-24 session, the 2025-26 session will be your opportunity to make up modules to complete the certificate track.
