1. Booth requests do not guarantee assignment nor will be considered until full payment is received. 
2. Booth assignments issued after payment has been received. 
3. Booth staff registrations, drink ticket, and networking ticket purchase options will be sent separately closer to the event.

By registering for or participating in the CCFC Annual Conference (“Conference”), you agree not to organize, sponsor, or participate in any event that conflicts with official Conference programming. CCFC reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes a conflicting event, and violations may result in loss of participation privileges without refund.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and venue health and safety requirements. Do not attend if you are feeling ill or believe your attendance may pose a risk to others.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release CCFC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by California law.
You also consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded at the Conference and grant CCFC permission to use such media for promotional or other lawful purposes without compensation.
