*Full Conference Registration includes: Education Sessions, Meal Functions and access to the Trade Show. One-Day Registration includes only events taking place on the day attending. Please note that the Trade Show is only open on Tuesday, November 3.

Cancellation Policy

- Substitutions are allowed for employees of the same organization, at no additional charge.
- Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Email to Admira Sehic, asehic@m-w-h.com.
- Before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, in order to receive a full refund
- Before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026, subject to a $150 cancellation fee
- If not received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026, a refund will not be issued
- Registrations made on or after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026, or no shows, are not eligible for refunds
